Fabiola Esther Vallejo Eljuri gained her angel wings on October 15, 2024, Provo, UT. Fabiola was 91 years old. Fabiola was born to Salua Amira Eljuri and Juan Francisco Vallejo on April 20, 1933. She is one of six siblings, among Fabiola are Jorge, Alicia, Melania, Salua, and Susy. She is survived by a lot of family including: her daughter Ardene Lee and her children Karina, George, and Susy. Her son Jimbo and daughter Juliette. And her son Gavin. Also, her great grandchildren Jayden, Elliana, Athena, and Jaxton. Fabiola's parents were founders of the Red Cross in Riobamba Ecuador and at a young age she got to experience being one of the few outsiders allowed into the Amazon to meet with tribes there to help them with modern medicine. And that is where her passion to help others began. Fabiola always was nurturing and loved to be around children and worked as a nanny for most of her adult life. She loved to dance and would show off her dancing skills at any opportunity she could. Fabiola will be dearly missed and will live on with her family always.
