Gloria Allen Lewis

Gloria Allen Lewis passed away peacefully in her home on November 19, 2019 at age 41.

She was born September 11, 1978 in Provo, Utah to Robert Eugene and Lucette Robin Allen. Gloria grew up in Orem, Utah and as a child she loved the water and swimming. In school, she loved writing, English, and playing the piano. She graduated from Timpanogos High School in 1997 and then continued her education at Snow College. She went on to graduate from Utah State University in Logan with a degree in Technical Writing. She worked as a customer service specialist for many companies, including American Express and Microsoft.

She married Nathan Lewis in 2008 in the Mount Timpanogos Temple. Nathan will always remember Gloria for her kindness to him and making him feel like he wasn’t so alone. They loved trying to make each other laugh and they enjoyed music, movies, and camping together. Nathan was a huge support to her as her health declined later on in her life. He tried everything he could to bring comfort to her and she did the same for him.

Gloria is survived by her husband, Nathan; her parents; brothers, Ethan (Kathryn) Allen, and Rex (Emily) Allen; sisters, Jennifer (Ed) Coucher, Renae (Steve) Billingsley, and Colleen (Mike) Archibald, and many nieces and nephews and extended family.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the Provo 4th Ward Chapel, 101 West 800 North, Provo, Utah. Friends may visit with the family from 11:30-12:45 p.m. prior to services. Interment will follow at the Spanish Fork City Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at www.bergmortuary.com.
