Jeremy Michael Steele

Jeremy returned to His Heavenly Father on June 5th, 2018. He was born in Payson, Utah to Bobby VerNile Steele and Candy Sue Hall Jenkins. He enjoyed spending time with his family and loved playing with his children. He loved spending time in nature, going hiking, camping, fishing, and star gazing. He was a musician, an artist, and an amazing chef. He enjoyed playing games. He was a huge fan of the Green Bay Packers. He was such a humble and generous man who would give the shirt off his back to make sure some else was taken care of. He had such a huge heart. He married Chandal Leafty, on March 19th, 2013. Jeremy loved his family very much and had 3 beautiful children whom he absolutely adored. He is survived by his wife; children, Surenity Ahimsa, 11, Jeremy Lazarus, 9, and Aurora Hope, 6; parents, Bobby VerNile Steele and Candy Jenkins, Step parents, Paul Alan Sauvageau and Nancy Maxey Sauvageau; sister, Rebecca Rose Steele Mounga; brothers, Joshua Allan Sauvageau, Paul Alan Sauvageau II; sisters, Gina Marie Steele, Stephanie Lynn Steele Egle; brother, Benjamin Robert Steele. He has numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Garth and Nancy Penrod; Ernest Steele and Lila Hutchings; Bernard and LaWana Hall; brother in law, Mosese O’Tonga Mounga; Uncle, Dallas Lovern John; sister, Dianne Espinoza; nephew, Crystian Jo Espinoza; brother, Justin Carl White Laws.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Sunday, June 10, 2018 at the Berg Drawing Room Chapel, 185 East Center Street, Provo, Utah. Friends may call from 9:30-10:50 a.m. prior to services. Condolences may be expressed at www.bergmortuary.com.
