Jessica Lee Christiansen Rawlings

–

Provo, Utah

Jessica Lee Christiansen Rawlings was born to Val and Darla Christiansen on July 24, 1983, in American Fork, Utah. She grew up in American Fork and later moved to Orem. She attended schools in American Fork and Orem. She graduated and received her diploma.

She married Jacob Ephraim Rawlings on April 17, 2004. They went to Hawaii for their honeymoon; Jessica fell in love with Hawaii. They had two children, Alex and Chloe. They enjoyed spending time together doing things such as watching fireworks, road trips, four wheeling, going through the canyons, going to Comic-Con, watching movies and eating popcorn, Disneyland trip, visiting family, and food trips to Carlos Bakery in Las Vegas.

Jessica went back to school and received her associates in Accounting, and then received her Bachelors and Masters in Business Management. She worked for an accounting firm before branching off on her own. She loved taking pictures of sunsets, views and everything in nature, and taking photos of family. She loved collecting stuff for her photography business.

She loved Christmas and especially making the ornaments, as well as arts, crafts and animals. She had a guinea pig, rabbit, cats and dogs while growing up. After she married and had kids, she had parakeets and a Boston Terrier named Cory. She loved all her nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and spending time with them. She had friends that felt like family too, and she wanted to help others however and whenever she could.

The last few years, she experienced increasing health issues. We were very heartbroken to find out that she passed away in her sleep Friday morning, March 7, 2025.

We would love to thank Family and Friends for the outpouring of love during this very difficult time.

Jessica is survived by her husband, Jake; son, Alex; daughter, Chloe; parents, 4 brothers, 4 sisters, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon, Friday, March 14, 2025, at the Sunset Heights Stake Center, 1260 South 400 West, Orem, Utah. The family will receive friends from 10:30-11:45 a.m. prior to services. She will be laid to rest in Timpanogos Memorial Gardens, 1000 North 400 West, Orem, Utah.
