Kimberly Partridge Morris

–

Provo, Utah

Kimberly Partridge Morris, 58, passed away at home on Thursday, January 16, 2025, just six short weeks after being diagnosed with Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease.

Kimberly was born in Richland, Washington on September 10, 1966 to Jerry Partridge and Dixie Henderson Partridge. She served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Los Angeles, California from 1988-89. After graduating with a Bachelors of Accountancy from Brigham Young University in 1991, she worked at Covey Leadership Center until 1999. In 1997, she married Michael Dane Morris in the Salt Lake City Temple. Together they have three daughters: Sadie, Emily, and Callie.

Kimberly was heavily involved in her church and community. She loved music and played a myriad of instruments including piano, organ, accordion, and ukulele. She spent many years as a ward organist. Kimberly constantly served others in quiet ways, never looking for anything in return. She was very well read and was always seeking new ways to expand her knowledge of the world and the gospel. She loved working in the temple and doing family history work.

Kimberly was very well traveled and had a strong love of the outdoors, often spending time camping, hiking, and gardening. Nearly every morning began with a multi-mile walk accompanied by her best friend, regardless of the weather. She had a special love for Disneyland and going to the beach — specifically the Oregon Coast. She was incredibly creative, expressing herself through sewing, baking, painting, writing, and other do-it-yourself projects. Many special times were spent with her daughters making their wild ideas come to life in practical ways.

Kimberly served her husband their entire marriage as he dealt with the challenges that accompanied his battle with multiple sclerosis. She had insurmountable patience and love for her family. There are no words that can express how strongly she will be missed.

Kimberly is survived by her husband (Michael), daughters (Sadie, Emily, Callie), mother (Dixie), siblings (Darcy, Lezlee, Karen, Tyler, Justin), and a large and beloved extended web of family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 24, 2025 at the Slate Canyon 13th Ward Chapel, 1315 East 900 South, Provo, Utah. Condolences may be extended to the family at www.bergmortuary.com.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Kimberly’s name to the Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease Foundation, Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, or The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
