Patricia Ann Washburn, born on February 1, 1927, in the quaint town of Ravinia, South Dakota, left us on October 2, 2026, at the age of 99. Patricia's journey through life was a tapestry of love, resilience, and quiet triumphs. As a dedicated lease officer in the banking industry, she navigated her career with poise and integrity, leaving a legacy of professionalism and kindness. Her heart truly bloomed in her garden, where she found peace among the petals and shared her joy with her beloved pet birds. A woman of simple pleasures, Patricia delighted in bowling with friends and the quiet, contemplative moments spent playing solitaire on her computer.
Patricia's life was a testament to the belief that "To plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow," a sentiment that she embodied not only in her gardening but in the lives she touched. Her family was her pride and joy, and she nurtured their dreams with the same dedication she showed in her work and hobbies.
Patricia is survived by her loving daughter, Karen Call, and cherished grandchildren, Hunter Call, Mackenzie Call, and Brittany Hunter, as well as her devoted son, Robert Hunter. Her family was the sun in her sky, lighting up her days with love and laughter.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Sigrid Ahrens, whose values she carried forward with grace.
