Ricky Brown

–

Provo, Utah

Ricky Lynn Brown, age 71, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2025, doing what he loved most, riding his beloved Harley.

Ricky was born on May 10, 1954 to Margie Croft and Henry Brown in Price, Utah. He was the oldest of seven siblings and loved to tell stories about growing up. He loved his brothers and sisters dearly. He exemplified his role as “big brother”.

Ricky met Juliana Zabriskie in 1976 and was married January 15, 1977. Ricky had three daughters that he loved as much as his beloved Julie. Heather, Shannon, and Kayce were his girls, and he loved them with all his heart. As a husband and father, he set the bar high. He worked hard and gave all for his family.

Ricky was a born leader. He was the owner of Browns Drywall, and his work was something to be proud of. He loved being a boss and he was definitely “bossy”.

Underneath that “construction exterior” was a man who taught endurance, hard work, and unconditional love. To know Ricky, you loved him and he loved you back. His loss will forever leave an empty spot to his family and friends.

Ricky is survived by his wife of 48 years, Juliana Brown, daughter Heather Lee Griffith, daughter Shannon Rikki Borowski, sister Sherese and Wade Mann, brother Shawn Fenton, and brother Todd Fenton. Grandsons Connor Riley and Jaxson Tanner Borowski, Carter Ricky Carty, and granddaughters Lilly Anna Harvey and Harlow Sophia Hickman.

He is reunited in heaven with his mom, dad, grandson Jordan Robert Beardall, brothers Kerry and Kelly, sister Richelle, and his “little” girl Kayce Lynn Brown. What a wonderful reunion it must have been.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 20, 2025 at the Berg Drawing Room Chapel, 185 East Center Street, Provo, Utah. Condolences may be extended at www.bergmortuary.com.
