Seth Michael Harlow Obituary (1971

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Seth Michael Harlow, who passed away on February 11, 2025, in Dugway, Utah, at the age of 53. Seth was born on February 20, 1971, in Lakewood, Ohio, to Joanne Harlow, who preceded him in death. Seth was known for his unwavering honesty, loyalty, and dedication to his family, friends, and colleagues. He lived a life of integrity, always putting others first. He was passionate about World War II history, which sparked countless hours of learning and sharing his knowledge with others. A talented athlete, Seth played soccer in high school and continued his love for the sport through intramural leagues well into adulthood. He also gave back by helping to coach soccer and volleyball, inspiring the next generation of players with his passion for the games. Seth was also an enthusiast of building and racing remote control cars, a hobby that allowed him to express his creativity and precision. He was dedicated to his career in the security industry, a field that he felt strongly about, where he found fulfillment and purpose. In 1991, Seth was called to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, where he served from 1991 to 1993. His mission experience was transformative and shaped his life’s journey. Seth is survived by his brother, Nathan Harlow; his sister, Stephanie Hartgrove; three nephews; two nieces; one great-nephew; and one great-niece. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A memorial service will be held to celebrate his life on February 20, 2025, 1:00 PM, at the Sharon Park Stake Center (85 East 700 North, Orem, Utah).
