Shane Duwell

Shane Duwell, a loving son, brother, and friend to all, passed away on January 17, 2026. Born on March 18, 1969, in Cottage Grove, Oregon, Shane was not only a beacon of light, but his warm-hearted spirit and humble nature touched all who knew him. His love for music and food was only surpassed by his love for his family. His mother, Linda Pollock, was the center of his world, and he was the heart of hers.

Shane was a graduate of Dan W. Peterson Special Needs High School. His eagerness to celebrate his birthday at Chuck E. Cheese was a testament to his childlike innocence and love for joyous occasions.

Shane is survived by his loving parents, Geffery Pollock and Linda Pollock; his sister, Celeste Knight and brother-in-law, Bryce Knight; his brothers, Nathan Pollock and Cameron Baker. He was preceded in death by his cherished grandmother, Ruth Lee.

Memorial services will be held at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, January 22, 2026, at the Pleasant Grove 6th Ward Chapel, 825 South Loader Drive, Pleasant Grove, Utah, 84062.
