Virl "Kent" Fisher Obituary (1934

After living a good life, Virl "Kent" Fisher quietly passed away in his sleep, just shy of his 90th birthday. Kent loved to travel, crisscrossing the United States and Canada many times. He enjoyed helping others and loved spending time with family and friends. He liked working out and in his day was known as the strongest man at the gym. Kent's target shooting skills were known throughout the valley. Kent and Anita Joan Groneman were married June 7, 1954. They had five children together, Sharon Kay Ann, Charlotte Marie, Shaunna Lee, Chathleen Jo and Brian Kent. Anita passed away in June 1990. They were married 36 years. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, July 15, 2024, at the Provo City Cemetery, 610 South State Street, Provo, Utah.
